This has been the worst experience I…

This has been the worst experience I have had buying tickets. I purchased tickets in June for a Vegas show for Sept 6. Keep in mind, I understand the complications everywhere with COVID. I purchased $1000 airline tickets to get to Vegas to see this show for my anniversary. I confirmed prior to getting on the plane (I purchased the insurance for the airlines so I could have had a refund) that the show was not cancelled. I arrived 2 days prior to the show. Booked a room also at the Casino where the show was being held (also refundable within 24 hours of arriving) another $1000. At NO time was I contact, via phone call, email, text, smoke signals etc that the show was CANCELLED until we arrived at the theater! Spend an hour on the phone with someone I could hardly understand to process a refund. It is now 10 days later, still no refund so I call the Customer Care. Now I am being told a refund will apply to my account NO LESS THAN 60 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF PROCESSING. So I may get a refund after 60 day until eternity........ Never again will I use this company!

They charged twice for one ticket and refused to refund

They charged me twice for one ticket. And I contacted with them for several times. After one month, they told me that they refused to return money!

Paid TWICE but received NO TICKETS. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

This was a dreadful service. I was billed TWICE for tickets I purchased via showtickets.com, for a Broadway show, even though I had definitely only clicked the button to "buy" one time only. I called IMMEDIATELY and asked for one set of tickets to be refunded, and to keep the other set.

It took two weeks to get a refund, although the two debits from my bank account occurred instantly after I made the one purchase.

Then I arrived at the theatre - having flown in from out of town in part for this show. The Broadway theatre had only one record of a purchase of tickets by me, and that was for the tickets that had been cancelled. The show was SOLD OUT. Scheduling did not allow us to rebook.

My bank balance still is out for two tickets for a Broadway show for which I paid showtickets.com but for which the theatre did NOT receive any payment. At best I'll have to wait another two weeks for a refund - at worst, I'm worried I may have lost a chunk of money.
